Rounding up Ada's List Conf Day 2

Finishing up our Ada's List Conf. with another amazing afternoon filled with inspiring speakers and our incredible event panel.

Wow, what fantastic 2nd and final day at our Ada's List Conf 2020. Our 5th Annual Conf was the most successful one yet, with almost 300 attendees over the world joining us from all over the world to hear all of our wonderful speakers.

Using the virtual conference platform “Remo”, we’ve been able to host event panels, keynote talks, and other incredible sessions, all from the safety and comfort of our own homes.

A highlight was our "Rethinking the role of government in a COVID and post-COVID world" event panel, headed up by Martha Lane Fox, Baroness Lane-Fox of Soho, who was joined by Dr. Ronda Železný-Green and Kajal Odedra.

As with Day 1 of our Conf, we had 3 different tracks/channels running at the same time again today -

ReStructure and Sustainability

Career

Tech

Attendees were able to choose between our 3 tracks and listen the speakers and talks they were most interested in. Some of the talks from today included:

"Managing Imposter Syndrome Effectively: An Intersectional Perspective" - Dr. Rashmi Narayana

"On COVID, communities and climate breakdown: organising for change" - Emily Tulloh

"Future Proofing your career for the next decade" - Bukola Adisa

"Blockchain for the better world" - Dianing Yudono

Here's what some of our attendees had to say about the Annual Ada's List Conf Day 2 -
